Gordian Knot is regulated by the Financial Services Authority (“FSA”) in the conduct of its investment management of Theta Corporation.
Under the FSA's Conduct of Business Sourcebook, Gordian is required to include on this website a disclosure regarding the nature of its commitment to the UK Financial Reporting Council's Stewardship Code (the Code) or, where it does not commit to the Code, its alternative investment strategy. The Code is a voluntary code and sets out principles relating to engagement by investors with UK equity issuers. Gordian does not, on behalf of its clients currently invest in listed UK equities and therefore the Code is not of direct relevance to Gordian at this time. The investment management activities and strategy that Gordian carries out for its clients is contracted for with each client pursuant to an investment management contract.
