Our responsibilities include liaising with the Board of Directors of both Sigma and Theta and managing the companies’ operative documents; investment management contracts, debt and capital note programmes, security trust deeds, ISDA Master Agreements and liquidity agreements. Together with Treasury, we are responsible for managing Gordian’s relationship with Sigma and Theta’s many liquidity providers. We provide advice to Gordian on legal matters generally.
