The three offices work closely together to ensure investors receive the information they need in a timely manner. The investor relations units frequently call upon their colleagues from other departments to help ensure investors are able to receive an in-depth understanding of each part of Gordian’s and Sigma and Theta’s businesses.
The London office provides investor relations functions for both debt and capital investors. Working in partnership with the New York and Geneva offices, London provides global coverage for capital as well as for debt investors outside the U.S.

This investment is crucial in developing a broad and deep investor base which minimizes rollover risk and enhances liquidity for Sigma and Theta. We firmly believe that the best source of liquidity is having a broad and diversified group of investors willing to buy Sigma and Theta’s securities in a number of markets, maturities, currencies and structures.
Gordian Knot Geneva, the Swiss branch of Gordian Knot Limited, exclusively services the existing and future institutional customer base in Continental Europe. The team in Geneva is jointly responsible for the growth of Sigma and Theta’s capital as well as marketing of debt issuance with the mandated dealers.
The Geneva branch is also actively supporting clients’ need for secondary liquidity and extension of existing investments.
The group consists of several marketing officers with 10-20 years experience in institutional sales, origination and marketing to institutional clients such as insurance companies, pension funds, banks and other asset managers.
Gordian's Middle East Investor Services is a resource dedicated to service Middle East based clients with their investments in Sigma and Theta. From the London office, our mission is to actively assist clients with their asset management objectives and to facilitate the due dilligence process for new and existing clients. Through frequent visits throughout the region, we conduct regular investment reviews and constantly explore new investors relationships. As part of monitoring their investments, many investors choose to conduct semi-annual due dilligence visits to Gordian London, where they meet with various business unit heads within Gordian.
